Personality: Lily is a studious girl. She takes her studies and schoolwork very seriously, hence why she is a Ravenclaw. She is slightly introverted, and does not have very many friends, although those she does call friends, she will be exceedingly loyal to. When she is friends with someone, she will act entirely different; it's her more mischievous side. She enjoys a good joke or two, but not when it interrupts school. Then she gets annoyed.
Lily is highly irritable at times, and gets stressed out easily. she distrusts easily as well, that means getting her to like you immediately is hard. It is often thought that she prefers her books over people, but that's only a theory.
She is passionate about what she believes in, and rarely goes down without a fight. Lily is firey and stubborn, with a reckless streak she inherited from her Father. Lily does not believe there is such thing as love. She thinks that it is stupid, and pointless, and all it will do in the end is make you miserable and lonely. It is a distraction from school, and therefore Lily does not think that she will need it in her life ever.
Her best friends are Hugo, Sapphire and Jackson, who are all the same age as her and are also in the second year of Hogwarts with her.

History: Lily is the only daughter of Harry and Ginny Potter. Her name came from both her maternal grandmother, and Luna Scamander, née Lovegood. Luna was Harry and Ginny's close freind from their days at Hogwarts.
She is, like her mother, the first girl to be born into their respective families in a number of generations.
