Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyMon May 28, 2012 10:32 pm

Everything still hurt, and the apparation was much further then she expected. Her body hurt even more after it felt like it was pushed to miles and miles of tiny spaces. Her legs gave out as soon as they arrived at their destination. At that moment she didn't even care about the fact that she must've looked hideous covered in all that blood. She thought she was going to sag to the floor, but an arm around her shoulder kept her on her feet.

"W-who are you? Why d-did you t-take me here?" she asked, her eyes falling closed before she forced himself to open them again. She couldn't fall asleep, not know. Not while she had no idea where she was, and who she was with. And why she was brought here. This man had saved her, hadn't he? He'd taken her away from the woman that had been torturing her and Louis. But still, who was he? And why had he done it. Maybe he'd only done it because he wanted to kill Chloe himself.

"Are y-you going to kill me?" she stammered, pulling herself away from his grasp. Which probably wasn't a good idea because as soon as she put weight on her leg she hissed in pain and fell to the ground. So that was broken. She moved until she felt the wall against her back, trying to find her wand in the folds of her robes. Why couldn't she find it? Where had it gone?

"Who are y-you people?" she asked, biting down on her cracked lip.

Fyedka took a deep breath as soon as they arrived at his old home. He had to admit he had missed the place his father had raised him, though the choice of furnishing wasn't exactly what put most people at ease. It was rather gloomy, though not in a Slytherin-Dungeon way. There was less green, there were more expensive looking things and more things that looked like they could cost you a limb if you looked at it for too long. Still, to him it was home. Even though the most essential part of it, his father, wasn't there anymore. And he'd never turn back. Fyedka's hands clenched into fists and a shadow fell over his face. Every time he came here, he was reminded of what had happened. And every time he left, he was more determined to avenge his father.

He was pulled from his thoughts as Chloe backed away from him and pushed herself against the wall, as if she was scared to death of him. A reaction he had wished for so many times, but now felt wrong somehow. But of course, he shouldn't be too surprised, judging by all that she had gone through today. It probably had been the first time for her to feel real pain. And that was always quite the shocker.

"I took you here because you're safe here. I can't believe you vere so idiotic to valtz into Katia of all people. You're lucky I noticed vhat vas going on, or things vould be looking a bit different for you now. There vill be some complications now, though." He slowly walked towards her, and then noticed her getting awfully close to one of his father's enchanted statues while she searched her robes for her wand. His hand shot out and his fingers curled around her wrist in an iron grip, pulling her away from the statue. "I vouldn't touch anything, if I vere you. Most things von't let you go once you touch them. At least not in one piece."

Then, he remembered that his face was still covered in the fog. "As for killing you," he added, something like a smirk appearing on his face as he waved his wand and the fog slowly started to fade away. "I don't think that's vorth all the trouble I've just been through to save you in the first place. If I vanted you dead, you vould be so already. But I told you so before, didn't I?" When he stopped talking, the fog had completely disappeared. He slowly let go of Chloe's wrist and took a step back, in case the girl would go mental or something. Just in case.

Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyTue May 29, 2012 8:12 am

His voice was so familiar, but Chloe couldn't place it. Even his touch send familiar tingles through her body, ones that she should enjoy, but couldn't. Because even the pleasant tingles couldn't overcome the pain and fear she was feeling at that exact moment. She let out a quiet sob and stopped struggling, and listening to what the stranger was saying. He pulled her away from something which he told her was cursed, but all Chloe wanted was to get back to the wall and hide. Or well, she wanted to go. She just wanted to get out. For the first time in many years, Chloe wanted nothing more than her father.

Then the fog that was clouding the man's face fell away and Chloe didn't know if she was supposed to be relieved or even more terrified. Relieved because she knew him and because somehow her body, mind and soul decided to trust him, even if she didn't knew him at all. Terrified because of the people he had befriended, because she had no idea where he brought her, and because he had saved her from a woman gone crazy.

"It's you," she breathed out, pulling up her leg that wasn't lying on the floor in an odd angle. She moved her hand to her head again, pressing on the cut that was still bleeding, she could now feel the stickiness covering her cheeks and even part of her neck. Her head was pounding and her throat still hurt.

He let go of her wrist and took a step back, but before he could get to far, Chloe reached out and curled her own hand around his wrist, pulling him back. She swallowed thickly, trying to dull the ache in her throat. "You s-saved me," she muttered, while her head added the again she did not want to say out loud. "Why d-did you save me?" she whispered, her fingers pressing into the skin of his wrist, smearing her own blood on his skin.

It wasn't that she wasn't thankful, because she was. She didn't want to die. But she needed to know why he had saved her, she needed to know why he did it.

Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyWed May 30, 2012 12:33 am

All Fyedka could muster when the girl in front of him recognized him was a curt nod. The fear in her eyes had deminished somewhat, but it was still there. He had seen fear in the eyes of others often enough, and he was used to causing it. However, this still felt different. He felt a little off because of it, as if something was not the way it was supposed to be. Fyedka knew better than to give in to that, though. No matter how much he wanted to and sort out why he was feeling these strange things, he had been taught not to show emotions. Showing weakness was giving your opponent an advantage over you, and he never ever did that.

When it came to the girl in front of him, though, nothing ever went the way it was supposed to be, in his eyes. Every single time he seemed to lose control somehow, to ignore the things that always were so logical and right to him and act the complete opposite. It annoyed the hell out of him, and he wanted to make it stop, but on the other hand he wasn't sure if that was possible, and if it was really what he wanted.

When Chloe grabbed his wrist and pulled him closer, that strange feeling went over him again. His body went rigid, wanting to withstand whatever was happening. Her hands were sticky with her own blood, which was now staining his own wrist and dripping on one of his father's carpets. He kept his face blank, completely empty of any emotion, partly because he simply didn't know which one would appear if he allowed them out. Only his eyes showed the utter confusion that was raging through him, because her question was his own, too. Just in time he could feel his barrier's slipping and only for a second, a strange vulnerability shone through his eyes. One second, then the iron wall of emptiness and control was back. Still, his voice lacked its usual sneer when he spoke.

"I don't know," was all he could say. He averted his dark eyes, and stood in silence for a while, hardly moving. Then, as she always did, his familiar interrupted his train of muddled thoughts, and for the better, too. "Soo. If that's all you've got to say to her, you should either get her to a hospital now, or heal her yourself before she dies anyway. Don't you agree, Fyedka dear?"

Fyedka's head shot up at Chava's words, and then blinked twice in an attempt to clear his mind. "Go check if the wards are still in place and activated, I don't want anyone to enter the property," was all he responed, and in a matter of seconds Chava had detached herself from his body and was slithering down the hall. Then, Fyedka pulled his hand free from Chloe's grip, reached for his wand and pointed it at Chloe. He usually didn't take care of victims, rather made them, so he wasn't sure if he should move her first or heal her on the spot. He decided that he'd better at least get rid of the broken leg, since that would probably hurt a bit as he healed it. Then the worst part would hopefully be over.

Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyWed May 30, 2012 4:10 am

He didn't know, well that told her nothing. Now he didn't know why he saved her, and Chloe didn't know why he saved her. It didn't even make sense. Nothing made sense anymore. All she knew that she was in some kind of creepy place and she had no idea why Fyedka even brought her here. Did he want to torture her more? Did he want to bring her to a breaking point? Or maybe, just maybe he did it because he felt the same way as she did. But she couldn't think that. It didn't stop her from hoping though.

But all hope fled her mind when he pointed his wand at her. There only were a few options of things she could do now. She could try to flee, but she didn't think she'd come very far. Maybe she'd even die trying, she doubted that it was a good idea to try and move with so many injuries. She couldn't walk with a broken leg, she wasn't strong enough to apparate.

The second option was to sit there and take the pain that was sure to come. Cower against the wall and just hope it would be over soon. But Chloe didn't pick that either. She opted for the third option her mind came up with. Chloe begged.

"P-please no, don't, p-please. I'll n-never s-speak to y-you again. I'll h-have my d-dad transf-fer me to another s-school. You'll n-never h-have to see me again. B-but p-please, no more p-pain," she stuttered, her whole body shaking with her silent sobs. She didn't even know if she could take any more pain. "P-please," she added in a quiet whimper.

Surprised at Chloe's reaction, Fyedka raised an eyebrow and lowered his wand a bit as he looked down at her. Never had he imagined that Chloe Zabini would ever beg like this. Of course, you could say that he was 'used' to people begging for no more pain, or for death, for freedom, for their life. He had had his fair share of people at his mercy. But as he watched Chloe shake and stutter in front of him, something seemed different. The girl had been through a lot today, he knew tha-

Fyedka's eyes widened and he paled a bit at that last thought. This was not like him, not meant to happen. Fyedka Ivanov didn't consider. He didn't imagine what someone had 'been through'. Right now, he was once again abandoning his orders. He already had. Somehow, at some point, something awful had happened, something that should never ever have happened to him. He had always made so sure of it. But he had failed. No attachment. How hard could it be? Keeping people out was usually one of his specialities. But some way, Chloe had done something to him. And he wasn't sure what he thought of that.

He snorted as he sat down on his knees next to her, still keeping his face as blank as possible. He felt anger and frustration and irritation and so much confusion by what he had just realized, but this just had to go first. And banning out emotions and doing what had to be done, that was something he had always been best at. Or at least, until recently.

"You still don't get much of all this business, do you? Had I vanted to never see you again, I vould've simply left you vith Katia. Nov if you really don't vant any more pain, you need to stop talking this nonsense and move. I need to see your leg, and then your head. You're getting stains on the carpets."

PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyWed May 30, 2012 4:57 am

Chloe bit down on her cracked lip and listened to Fyedka as he spoke. She hadn't even realized that he'd become Fyedka in her mind, and this was probably one of the most inconvenient times to realize even her mind stopped referring to him as Ivanov. She wasn't supposed to give in, she was supposed to fight this. His words made her feel slightly better, so he didn't want to torture her. Or at least, he said he didn't. And she supposed he did have a point that he could have left her with Katia.

"M-maybe y-you'd rather d-do it yourself. L-like you say, I d-doubt I h-have ever been anything b-but trouble to you," she muttered, but she moved as he had told her to, sprawling out her leg in front of him, wincing as she touched it so she could move. She wiped off the blood that was still on her hand on the fabric of her trousers. It was already bloodstained after all, a little more wouldn't hurt. She was going to throw these clothes away anyway.

"Sorry for staining your carpet," she whispered, raising her hand to her mouth to get ready for him to heal her leg. She'd broken her arm once, she knew it hurt, at least for the first few moments. She wasn't prepared to scream again, her throat still hurt and she somehow wanted to prove to Fyedka that she could endure the healing of her leg without screaming like a little girl.

Fyedka chuckled at Choe's response. "So true. And I am in even more trouble nov that I saved you. But I assure you, if I vanted to do that myself I probably vould've done it already, or vould be doing that right nov for all to see in the Atrium, surrounded by my allies, not here. Father alvays used to tell me to keep that kind of business avay from the house, you know," he said, quickly reaching for his wand and setting and healing her leg now that she was still distracted. His fingers expertly traced the bone he had just healed to check if everything had gone well, which it had.

"Not the first time these carpets have seen blood, anyvay. And they're on the floor for a reason, I'll get it cleaned up some time, doesn't really matter," he shrugged as he moved a little closer to check out the wound on her head. And then there it was again, that distracting feeling that clouded his mind and toyed with his balance. There was a smell, a pull, a feeling, so familiar but so unknown at the same time. And Fyedka did all he could to deny, avoid and fight it. Just like he was supposed to do. Like he always did.

He frowned and snapped his eyes closed, willing himself to get rid of it and continue what he was doing. He slowly opened his eyes again and brushed the hair on Chloe's forehead away to get a good look at the wound, which was large, but luckily not very deep. He cleared his throat and carefully pointed his wand at her forehead. Slowly, the wound started to close and the bleeding stopped.

When Fyedka was done, he surpressed a shiver as whatever it was that was plagueing him provided an extra wave of whatever-it-was. He took a slow breath through the nose and clenched his jaw, not even knowing what he was fighting. His eyes snapped back to Chloe's bloodstained face, and before he knew it he had magically cleaned it. For some strange reason, that only enhanced the strange pull. It was almost dizzying.

Chloe bit on the side of her hand as he healed her leg. The bones broke more first, before they continued to knit back into place. The breaking hurt to much, but Chloe didn't bite hard enough to pierce the skin. Fresh tears had sprung back into her eyes though, but she furiously tried to blink them away. Though all thoughts about pain were forgotten when his fingers brushed over her leg, her breath got stuck in her throat, and before she actually realized what she was doing, she was trying to draw Fyedka in further. She couldn't let him leave now. Not anymore.

Something purred inside of her when she saw the effect she was having on the other boy. And the purr got even louder and more satisfied when his hand moved to remove the hair from her forehead. She had no idea what was happening, nor did she know how to stop this. But she didn't want to stop this, she hadn't felt this good in ages. She hadn't felt this whole in so long, she didn't want to give part of herself up again.

She could feel the skin on her head knit back together as the bleeding stopped. Chloe could see Fyedka's jaw clench and she felt the dried blood disappear from her face, meaning Fyedka had removed it. She hesitated, but finally chose to let her body lead her. She placed one hand carefully on his jaw, her thumb sweeping slowly over his cheek.

"Thank you," she whispered, and then she lifted herself up to press a kiss against his lips. She had no idea what made her do it, and what even made her think it would be okay, but even if she knew she would die after this, she wouldn't have been able to stop herself from doing what she did.

Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyFri Jun 01, 2012 2:12 am

The moment Fyedka felt Chloe's hand on his jaw, a wave of warmth went through him and slowly, he unclenched his jaw and slowly breathed out. There was a small voice inside of his head, sounding like a strange combination of Vera and Chava, telling him, though it was more like a whisper, to snap out of it, to get back to himself, to resist. But Fyedka wasn't sure if he still could resist, or if he even wanted to.

He watched, the feelings at war inside of him not allowing him to react in any way exept a dazed stare, as Chloe's face came closer. His vision blurred, the only thing he could see clearly was the beautiful -had she always been this beautiful?- face in front of him. He made and effort of blinking furiously to gain more of his sight back, but to no avail. All that seemed to be there was Chloe, and then she came even closer and she whispered something, a word of thanks. And before Fyedka's dazed brain managed to formulate a proper answer, she was kissing him.

She was kissing him. Fyedka didn't even feel like himself anymore, he had no control, not even a realisation of what was happening. Exept that she was kissing him, and that he couldn't resist any longer. The pull was simply too strong, made him wonder why he hadn't given in before. Why resist things that felt so good, so... Dare he say it, right?

The hand that wasn't holding his wand shot up and wound through Chloe's hair to pull her closer as he kissed her back, revelling in that impossibly good feeling. With the last spark of awareness, he shifted a bit and urged her to move along, away from the statue she was still dangerously close to. He felt himself falling slightly foward, overwhelmed by he-didn't-know-what. All he knew was that he wanted more of this, more of Chloe, and that the rest -what else was there again? Were there even other things that mattered? He honestly didn't know- probably didn't even matter anyway.

Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyFri Jun 01, 2012 7:00 am

He didn't push her away. Chloe doubted she had ever felt this happy in her entire live. Wave after wave of pleasure ran down her spine, her eyes shone with happiness. And then his hand was in her hair and she felt the warmth of his body against her own and whimpered slightly, allowing him to lead them away from the statue. She moved even closer, and wrapped both her arms around his shoulders, her fingers playing with the hair at the nape of his neck.

She whimpered quietly, breaking away when the need to breath became to big. She didn't move away though, and started to place small kisses down his jaw and neck, until she reached his collar, suckling there softly, pulling Fyedka tighter against her body. She never wanted him to pull away again, but she knew that he eventually would.

She placed her lips against his again, not caring for a moment what he thought, or what made him act like this. She thought it had something to do with what she was doing, but she wasn't sure. And she honestly didn't want to know, she'd much rather pretend he was kissing her because he wanted to, not because she had enchanted him. She bit lightly into his lower lip, pulling back and letting his lip snap back into place, a look of pure innocence on her face.

"Is that okay?" she asked him quietly, trailing her finger over his jaw again. She didn't understand how he couldn't see this was right, it felt so right to her. She would even dare to say it felt perfect.

Saved By The Enemy Empty
PostSubject: Re: Saved By The Enemy   Saved By The Enemy EmptyWed Jul 04, 2012 8:41 am

As Chloe pulled him even closer, Fyedka's mind was getting more blurry every second. A shiver went down his spine and he let out a soft noise, though he wasn't sure why he did that. Usually, he was completely aware of the sounds he emitted, and why he emitted them. He just wasn't sure about anything anymore. Except for the obvious.

The pull kept growing stronger, and Fyedka couldn't do anything except obey, or at least try to. This was too strong for him to resist. He needed to get closer, so he kissed her back, pulled her closer, but somehow the pressure on his mind only seemed to intensify. The fog only seemed to thicken, the dizzyness to grow. Another shudder went through Fyedka's body, and in an attempt to clear his mind he shook his head as soon as Chloe's lips left his. But to no avail.

His breathing was becoming more irregular and his pupils were unnaturally wide, as he pulled on the collar of his robes to get himself some more air. "Ch-Chloe... I-I'm... Vha-Vhat's happeni-" His attempts to speak were no use, every fiber of his body was completely bewitched. He could feel himself sinking away, and still, in some strange way, it felt so incredibly good and peaceful that he didn't even really struggle. He did, however, try to ask Chloe if she knew what was going on.

She seemed to be the only one around, in this place that was vaguely familiar, maybe she could tell him. She was so beautiful up close, had he really never noticed that before? He almost couldn't believe that, if he had, why would he have acted so horrible to her? She smelt nice, too. Usually he didn't notice smells, but her smell he did notice. It was nice. She was nice. He guessed. He didn't have much experience with 'nice'. There were many ways to use the word 'nice', too.

She asked him if this was 'okay'. Or did he imagine that? Her voice was nice too. It sounded soothing, and incredibly clear in this fog that kept surrounding him. He felt her finger trace his jaw, and revelled in the feeling. Then, he realized she probably expected an answer from him. His dazed dark eyes met hers, and he blinked a few times before he could mumble: "Okay.." Then, after he felt one sharp sting behind his eyes, parts of his vision seemed to suddenly disappear, and he only saw flashes of the things around him, moving in strange ways as he slowly started to topple over.
