Ginny stood on her niece's doorstep, grasping her hair to pull it over her shoulder, briefly wondering if she should get it cut. It was getting quite long, and as much as she liked it, it was getting kind of impractical. She shook her head, raising her hand and knocking on the door, a small smile on her face as she waited for the girl to answer. Though she couldn't really call Molly a girl anymore. Not now that she was a fully fledged auror.
Though fully fledged auror not only meant that her niece was growing up, but that they were seeing each other less. During training Ginny would occasionally invite Molly to have dinner at the house, and make sure that Harry looked after the girl at work. But now she seemed too busy, or the timing wasn't right for either of them.
But Ginny had managed to find time today, and she'd found a time that Molly was at home for, and owled her to let her know her Aunt was coming. Now she just had to wait for the door to open.
