History:
Somewhere deep down Ruth had always known that she did not belong with the Rodriguez family. She felt like an outsider all the time, and when her younger brother Lial was born everything only got worse. They started to ignore her and she got the impression that she wasn't wanted. When she was nine she even ran away for a few hours but got scared and came home.
On her eleventh birthday she got her acceptance letter to Hogwarts and they finally admitted that she was adopted. Everything suddenly started to make sense. When she turned fourteen she found out her real parents names and addresses and snuck off to meet them. They explained to her that she wasn't a muggleborn like she had thought she was, but a pureblood.
